Valentine’s Day always brings so much pressure to men and women. It’s a day to share and express real love, not a day to wait for someone to give us a token of love.
Don’t get me wrong. I love chocolate and balloons and stuffed animals, et al., I just appreciate the kind gestures, compassionate words and unsolicited hugs I get throughout the year.
Hug a loved one for 60 seconds this week! You’ll realize how long 60 seconds really is and that you shared real love, not a token.
