2016 is tomorrow and there is no better moment than now to make those resolutions. Here are 3 life-changing resolutions that are better than giving up chocolate or joining a gym.
1. Morning Gratitude
Wake up and think about 1 thing you are grateful for. Could be something so small as “I am thankful to be alive.” Training your brain to think positively is shown in studies to promote the state of happiness.
2. Lunchtime Water
Drink 1 tall glass of water. This will have a pause and cleansing effect on your day so far. Plus a glass of water is great for your digestive system and getting rid of bad breath. Your co-workers might thank you.
3. Nighttime Bath
At least once a week, take a hot bath. A hot bath relieves stress and releases tension from your neck and shoulders, moisturizes the skin and helps you sleep better. Who doesn’t need better sleep? Think of it as a stay-at-home spa treatment.
